The midday headliner is the hamburg steak set, served piping hot from an iron griddle. Lightly kneaded so that the juices stay locked inside, the patty comes alongside green beans, carrots, and potatoes, forming an unpretentious meal accompanied by rice and miso soup. For larger appetites, the kitchen turns out hearty fried chicken sets with crisp pieces of karaage, fragrant ginger pork sets made with 2 slices of pork loin, and garlic-sautéed pork. Seafood options are also on hand, including a fried horse mackerel set featuring 3 small fish; diners who want tartar sauce with their fish must request it when ordering.

Alongside its bustling lunch trade, past evening menus showcased a selection of scratch-made beverages. These included house-infused fruit liqueurs such as umeshu plum liqueur, yuzu liqueur, and Chinese quince liqueur, alongside refreshing pairings like house mint syrup sours and red shiso sours. For non-drinkers, those menus also listed ginger ale brewed with house-made ginger syrup as well as red shiso soda.
